Schedule Your Pool Opening Today!
Our schedule fills up, and if repairs are needed it will prolong your opening date. Credit card information is required upon booking & $150.00 deposit is required to hold your place on our schedule. The deposit will be deducted from your bill upon completion of service. The remaining balance may be paid with the same card, check, cash, or Venmo. Specific times will not be provided for an arrival time. You will be notified via our scheduling system upon arrival and departure of our service technicians.
Please provide our office with any gate codes or special requirements regarding animals at the time of booking your service so they can be included in the notes to our technician.
Variables such as weather play a factor in our schedule, and your service date may change. Our office and service technicians will inform you of a revised service date if the original scheduled day changes. In addition, once they arrive to preform your opening service, there is no guarantee your pool equipment will all be functioning properly, or your water will be swimmable at the time of opening. Some pools may be green, and some are clear upon opening. It is not a realistic expectation for the water to be crystal clear and swimmable the first or second day it is opened. There are too many variables to be able to guarantee water clarity and oftentimes the customer will have to maintain checking and balancing the chemicals for numerous days after the opening service is complete.
Customer is responsible to make sure electric and water is turned on prior to service and chemicals and salt are easily accessible if customer chooses to provide them.

One Day Service
What you get:
- Owner to have cover removed and pool water filled (water level top of skimmer box) prior to technician arrival. PLEASE NOTE: Customer must make sure no staining has occurred during the winter before filling the pool with water. The waterline stain CAN NOT be cleaned once the pool has been filled and removing stain is not included in this package.
- Oasis Pools to assemble all equipment and check for needed repairs. In the event that repairs are required to get the system running, the customer will be contacted for authorization. A separate trip will be required to perform repairs and will be billed as a service call with $150 flat rate. All work associated with repairs will be billed on a time and material basis (two-hour minimum hourly rate). If system is not able to run due to required repairs, the pool opening will be finished on the repair service call appointment.
- Oasis will open skimmers, vacuum, and net pool to clean & start-up system.
- Oasis to check water chemistry and add chemicals to pool water. Salt and chemicals are not included in package flat fee. Customer may choose to provide salt and chemicals to our technician directly. If they are not provided customer will be billed per bottle/bag used.
- No additional trips are included in this package, one-day opening service only. PLEASE NOTE: This service doesn’t guarantee swimmable or clear water. Customer is responsible for any additional balancing of chemicals needed to get water clear and swimmable.
Two Day Service
What you get:
- Oasis will clean off pool cover and remove cover from pool. Cover will be folded and left next to pool, unless specific placement is requested prior to visit.
- Oasis Pools to assemble all equipment and check for needed repairs. In the event that repairs are required to get the system running, the customer will be contacted for authorization. A separate trip will be required to perform repairs and will be billed as a service call with $150 flat rate. All work associated with repairs will be billed on a time and material basis (two-hour minimum hourly rate). If system is not able to run due to required repairs, the pool opening will be finished on the repair service call appointment.
- Oasis will open skimmers, vacuum and net pool to clean, & start pool to fill off the main drain (if operational). Owner responsible to turn off the water when the pool is full.
- Second day service includes cleaning, balancing water chemistry, and stabilizing pool water. Salt and chemicals are not included in package flat fee. Customer may choose to provide salt and chemicals to our technician directly. If they are not provided customer will be billed per bottle/bag used. If repairs are needed, the return trip to finish opening will be moved to the scheduled repair date, and the service call fee will be waived. PLEASE NOTE: Swimmable water is not guaranteed.
Two Day Service
What you get:
- Oasis will clean off pool cover and remove cover from pool. Cover will be folded and left next to pool, unless specific placement is requested prior to visit.
- Oasis will power wash pool decking and coping.
- Oasis Pools to assemble all equipment and check for needed repairs. In the event that repairs are over $150 and required to get the system running, the customer will be contacted for authorization. A separate trip will be required to perform repairs and will be billed as a service call with $150 flat rate. All work associated with repairs will be billed on a time and material basis (two-hour minimum hourly rate). If system is not able to run due to required repairs, the pool opening will be finished on the repair service call appointment.
- Oasis will open skimmers, vacuum and net pool to clean, & start pool to fill off the main drain (if operational). Owner responsible to turn off the water when the pool is full.
- Second day service includes cleaning, balancing water chemistry, and stabilizing pool water. Salt and chemicals are not included in package flat fee. Customer may choose to provide salt and chemicals to our technician directly. If they are not provided customer will be billed per bottle/bag used. If repairs are needed, the return trip to finish opening will be moved to the scheduled repair date, and the service call fee will be waived. PLEASE NOTE: Swimmable water is not guaranteed.
